Hello everyone ! My name is Samira and I am 23 years old.
I decided to share with you my amazing solo travel experience in Thailand, where I explored the beautiful islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao .
It was my first time traveling halfway around the world alone and I was filled with apprehension, especially as a young woman.
Before my departure, I asked myself a thousand questions: will I feel safe? Will I make friends easily? How am I going to manage in a country whose language I don't speak?
Very quickly, despite my fears, I decided to embark on this adventure. And 15 flight hours later, I land in Thailand!
As soon as I arrived in Koh Samui, I was surprised by the pleasant feeling of security I felt.
Upon arrival the change of scenery is total . A small electric train comes to pick you up at the foot of the plane, to drop you off in front of the most beautiful baggage hall I've ever seen!
Moreover, Koh Samui airport is said to be one of the 10 most beautiful airports in the world .
The locals were warm and helpful, and I was never bothered during my stay.
The hotel taxi was waiting for me in the Hall, with my name written on it, class! My journey could begin...
